Push it! Lift It! Twist It!-21 Day Challenge

Today was day one of our fitness challenge. Yay! The following are instructions and some pictures of the workout regiment we will be building on for the next 3 weeks. Because everyone is at different fitness levels, I want to be sure this workout is all inclusive. The only ‘equipment’ you need to have is a chair. If you have weights, dumbbells, medicine balls or whatever at home, use it. Each ‘lift’ day we will add 5 more reps to each exercise.

Challenge List:

20 Jumping Jacks

20 Tricep Dips

20 Squats

20 Push Ups

20 Jumping Jacks

20 Walking Lunges (20 each leg)

20 Planks (20 seconds)

20 High knees or Chair Step Ups

20 Crunches

20 Standing Calf Raises

When preforming these exercises do not stop unless you absolutely have to! If you have any questions please let me know!
