Great read. Those of us in the fitness comnunity may already know most of these myths and the real truth about them, but a refresher is always good. Especially for motivating. Personally, I have some ‘hibernation weight’ I need to get rid of, so the temptation to work out everyday for 2 hours is very tempting. I know what works best for the body and I need to stick with that.
